Empowering Excellence: Taeja Mitchell's Insights on Mentoring Black Women in Psychology

The Tennessee Psychological Association mission is to provide resources and community to facilitate members' efficacy as scientist practitioners of psychology as a means of promoting human welfare. During the TPA 2022 conference TSU Ph.D student Taeja Mitchell presented on supervision and mentoring of Black Women in the field of Psychology. Taeja received an award at the conference for her outstanding original research project. We congratulate Taeja and look forwarded to her continued contributions to the field of psychology.
