Interests
My research program is built on a social justice framework intended to challenge disenfranchised systems and expose socio-political or -cultural barriers contributing to BIPOC’s health and access to work. The two central components include the examination of:
-
Health: factors that exacerbate and promote mental and physical health
-
Work: vocational psychology concepts, specifically, the utility of the Psychology of Working Theory
